Kajol ‘s birthday celebrations this year are extra special. As the mum-to-be turns a year older, her family is combining her birthday celebrations with another unique ceremony.

As Kajol’s mum Tanuja is a Maharashtrian, the community’s dhole ritual (which marks the seventh month of a woman’s pregnancy) will also be performed today. Kajol will be gifted a sari, which is part of the ceremony. All the women at the celebrations will be dressed in traditional wear.
After the ceremony, there will be a lunch for just family members.

Apart from this, Kajol’s sister Tanisha is baking her a fruit cake too. And she’s already bought her older sis a necklace as a present.
